You may have read about it on other websites or in articles, track your macros. It’s true. I wasn’t successful with my weight loss until I started tracking and realized how quickly those calories add up. This is especially important when starting the Keto Diet.

Have fun with this journey, embrace your life and the decisions you’ve made to get here, to live healthy. Be nice to yourself. Don’t set high expectations because when we fail, we want to give up. Keep your eye on your goals and remember to laugh when you slip up. It’s okay to have a cheat meal, skip a workout or go out to happy hour. Just remember how hard you’ll need to work out to burn off that meal. JOKE! It’s okay to live but also be smart and continue to live healthy. Invest in yourself, you’re worth it!
